Isaac turned 4 1/2 last week. We don't normally celebrate half-birthdays, but he has been talking often about his "five birthday." Since that is in November and he has a ways to wait, I wished him a happy four-and-a-half birthday on May 12. He thought that was pretty cool. He likes telling family, friends, and strangers that he is now four and a half.
Notice how large his flip-flops are next to my size 9 sandals! Now the question is...how much longer will he look up to me?

Good idea with the 4 1/2 birthday wishes. Kayla has been asking about her next birthday for awhile now, and it's not for 3 more months.
